1. Payments
Payment Deadline:
All teams must complete the registration payment by 22nd of December at 11:59 PM.
Late Payment Fines:
- 23rd - 27th of December (11:59 PM): AED 75 per day
- 28th - 29th of December (11:59 PM): AED 150 per day
Final Cutoff:
No registration fee payments or fine payments will be accepted after 29th of December at 11:59 PM.
Failure to complete all required payments by this cutoff will result in immediate disqualification.
Accumulation of Fines:
All fines are accumulative.
2. List of Players
Submission Deadline:
The official team roster must be submitted by 26th of December at 11:59 PM.
Late Submission Fines:
27th - 30th of December: AED 50 per day
Roster Rules:
- The minimum number of players per team is 11.
- The maximum number of players per team is 16.
- A maximum of 4 external players is permitted (3 on the pitch and 1 on the bench).
- Players who graduated in the previous academic year are not considered external players.
- The maximum age allowed for any player is 20 years old.
- Once the list of players is submitted, no changes of any kind (additions, removals, or replacements) will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Management Authority
• Management reserves the right to admit or reject any player if there is reasonable suspicion or clear evidence of a rule violation.
• Management also reserves the right to disqualify any team that is suspected or proven to have breached any of the event rules.
